In compliance with PAGCOR regulations and the Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA), ninogames is required to verify the identity of all players before permitting financial transactions. Accepted KYC documents include: Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) national ID (PhilSys), UMID card, valid Philippine passport, and driver's license issued by the Land Transportation Office. A Player who discovers that they have inadvertently created duplicate accounts must immediately notify ninogames support. Minimum deposit amounts and processing times vary by method and are published in the Platform's Cashier section. Deposits are credited to your account in Philippine Peso (PHP) at the applicable exchange rate where conversion is required.
By depositing funds, you confirm that you are the rightful owner of the payment instrument used and that the funds are not derived from any illegal activity. ninogames reserves the right to hold deposits pending additional verification in accordance with AMLA compliance obligations.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to the Operator's KYC and AML verification requirements. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages represent long-run statistical averages and do not guarantee any particular outcome for an individual session.
In the event of a technical malfunction during a game — including disconnection, server error, or software failure — the Operator shall endeavour to resolve the affected round fairly. Where resolution is not possible, the affected wager may be voided and the staked amount returned to the Player's account. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. The Operator reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, ninogames will provide notice via the email address or mobile number registered to your account at least 14 days before the changes take effect, except where immediate modification is required by law, regulatory directive, or urgent security reasons.
Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the modified Terms, you must close your account and withdraw any available balance before the effective date. The Operator will process such withdrawal requests promptly.

Where an account is terminated for cause, the Operator reserves the right to withhold balances pending investigation and, where fraud or prohibited conduct is confirmed, to forfeit those balances and report the matter to PAGCOR.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — whether contractual, tortious, or otherwise — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
Any dispute between a Player and ninogames shall first be submitted in writing to ninogames' customer support team. The Operator will endeavour to resolve all complaints within 10 business days. If the dispute is not resolved at this stage, either party may refer the matter to PAGCOR's player dispute resolution process, which shall constitute the primary regulatory avenue for complaints related to the ninogames operating licence. Unresolved disputes may thereafter be referred to the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.
